Protein Packed Strawberry Smoothie

Lately, we have not been in the mood for our usual egg breakfast. While we love routine, sometimes it can really take the excitement out of the everyday. To switch things up, we have been blending a chock full of vitamin-packed, organic and all-natural foods to create this delicious protein-packed smoothie. It’s so simple, easy to make and delicious, you’re sure to make it over n’ over.

  • All natural almond butter or peanut butter (we prefer almond butter from Trader Joe’s, creamy, no salt added)
  • Organic strawberries or frozen strawberries
  • Organic blueberries or frozen blueberries
  • Organic bananas
  • Oats
  • Honey (any kind works, we enjoy from the local farmer’s market)
  • Plain, organic Greek yogurt
  • Ice or you can forego them if you chose to use frozen fruits

Directions: Add all ingredients to a blender. And blend!
