Limits on Purchases and Shipping

We reserve the right to limit, cancel or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed in violation of this policy. We further reserve the right to cease doing business with customers who violate this policy. We may modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Tax and International Orders

Seeknature collects sales tax on your order if required based on your destination state and our nexus. For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes imposed by your country’s tax authorities. Payment of all duties and taxes is the sole responsibility of the customer. Contact your local tax office if you have questions about your country’s import regulations.
